South-East Regional Health Authority will team up again with School District 2 to hold the 3rd Career Fair, geared towards grade 11 students, from April 28-29, 2009.
The Career Fair provides a unique opportunity to introduce young people to hundreds of career disciplines within a health care setting, from nursing, social work and dietitians to electricians, administrative assistants and engineering. Students gain the practical information necessary to help them make important educational and career decisions.
More than 1,500 students attended the fair, which aligns with the Health Authority’s strategic priority to promote healthy communities and healthy workplaces.
