QUALITY IMPROVEMENT Risk Management Services Risk Management Services is a system that allows for the identification and analysis of risk situations, so as to reduce the chance of injury, loss and/or liability to the patients, visitors, staff and volunteers of South-East Regional Health Authority. The Risk Management Services staff act as a comprehensive resource by providing support for all departments and clinical programs, as well as developing strategies to reduce risk, thereby creating a safe environment across the Authority. Risk Management also serves to increase awareness and provide education about patient safety and risk management related information for all Authority employees. |
