PSYCHIATRY SERVICES 72 Hour Assessment Unit The 72 Hour Assessment Unit, located on the third floor of The Moncton Hospital, provides services to address the patient's current crisis while meeting the needs of the patient and family. This is a separate unit adjacent to the Acute Adult Psychiatric Unit. Patients are admitted by psychiatrists with admitting privileges to Adult Psychiatry, either from their office or from the Emergency department. Visiting Hours for the 72 Hour Assessment Unit are Monday to Friday, 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. |
